Who we are

HealthKeepp (“we”, “us”) operates the website healthkeepp.com and the HealthKeepp app, an AI health companion for individuals and families in the United States and Canada.

What this website collects

This website has no forms and does not ask you for personal or health information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

The HealthKeepp app

When you create an account, the HealthKeepp app will handle sensitive information, including your doctor’s instructions, lab results, medications, symptoms and the photos you send. A detailed privacy policy covering that information will be shown to you before you sign up. Our core commitments:

• Your health information belongs to you.
• We never sell your information, and we never use it for advertising.
• In the Family plan, teens’ and adults’ profiles are private by default. They choose what to share with the family manager.

Sharing

We only share information with service providers who help us run our services, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@healthkeepp.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Canada), you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

Children

Children under 13 can only use HealthKeepp as a managed profile within a Family plan, run by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own account.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
